Due to increasing costs we are raising our shipping cost for orders below $250.00 to $22.99 Effective March 15, 2022
There is an increased de-coupling from globalization and we prefer to offer the best available products so where possible we have been shifting to suppliers who either maintain large inventories or manufacturer the products here in the USA. It is a constantly changing landscape but we do everything we can to catch those items that are on extended lead times and either remove them from sale or post a notice on the product..
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Change of Address
There is no charge if you change an address before your order ships. However due to increased costs by the carriers we will now charge $19.00 for any address change including but not limited to redirects or corrections on your order address after it ships. We will not charge you if the change is the result of warehouse or carrier errors.
Large heavy or oversized items
Large exceptional heavy or oversized items that require special handling or a truck delivery are exempt from the $22.95 shipping policy. Items weighing more or are dimensional larger than 80 lbs will incur a 20% shipping fee per item for a normal dock delivery. Liftgate or other special services are additional. You will notified of any changes or additional charges and you may at that time cancel the order and receive a full refund within 5 business days. If you are placing a large order of more than 1-2 items please contact us and request an estimate because if it is possible to organize the shipment to reduce the number of boxes or skids we are pleased to offer you reduced shipping costs.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Payment – Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also make payment(s) There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged at checkout
Payment – Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Payment – Purchase Orders
We do accept Purchase Orders for payment from approved customers. We must approve your organization for credit terms and conditions. We have the right to refuse credit terms to organizations that do not meet or exceed our credit requirements. Standard purchase order terms are net 30 days. We do not provide any credit terms to customers outside the United States. International customers can use bank wires or credit cards to make purchases.
Any instructions or requests to redirect orders or redirects required by the carrier needed to delivery the order will incur a $20.00 processing fee. Errors and omissions by our staff or the carrier are exempt from this policy.
As of March 1, all PPE, disinfectants, and Corona Virus-related products can't be returned or refunded per our terms of service. These orders are not cancellable with the manufacturers due to high demand.
Returns are subject to our acceptance and approval. If an item you received is not the item you ordered, is damaged, or incomplete (missing parts), or defective due to defects in manufacturing please notify is within 7 days by phone, fax, or email to request replacement or refund. If you notify us after 7 days we may accept the return but you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you wish to return an item because it is no longer needed or wanted please contact us in 7 days and subject to our acceptance, we will issue an Return Merchandise Authorization, and you will be refunded minus 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping or postage cost.
If an order is returned because it is deemed Undeliverable by the shipping carrier it will be treated as a normal return. Any return shipping fees will be charged plus a 25% restocking fee.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Before returning, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization code within the return period stated above. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not defective or fulfillment mistakes.
Please be advised that if you discover an error prior to receiving an item purchased or upon receipt you determine an item ordered is incorrect or not what you wanted please notify us directly as soon as possible. Do not refuse delivery at the door for an item that is incorrect or that you changed your mind about prior to contacting us first so that we can arrange safe return of inventory. If an order that you legitimately placed is refused at the time of delivery you will be subject to pay the total cost of shipping to deliver and return the freight plus a 25% restocking fee.
Certain items are non-returnable. Custom manufactured items, items requiring refrigeration during transport, any product exposed to blood and/or other body fluids that could be infectious or contagious. Contact us if you have any questions about specific products.
Certain items cannot be returned if opened or used. Any items that could be potentially infectious or contagious after using cannot be returned. For example, items such as wound care, skin products, incontinent briefs and under pads, needles and needle disposal, surgical blades, suction devices, gloves, cannulas, thermometers, stethoscopes, and related items.
In the contiguous United States, our standard shipping fee is $22.95 for all orders $249.99 or less. Orders $250.00 and more, with standard size and standard weight products, have free shipping.
Our standard shipping fees only applies to products that are standard size, standard weight, and non-hazardous materials. Hazardous materials products have specific shipping assigned to them or it is calculated after the order based on the fee from the shipping company. Products that are oversized, heavy, or require a freight shipping are excluded from our free shipping offer. Products that are oversized, heavy, or require a freight shipping are: 1) designated outside of our standard shipping fees and have a specific shipping fee assigned to them which shows in the checkout cart or 2) they are designated a product that requires freight shipping. Freight shipping fees are calculated by the freight shipper and are passed on without any increases. Freight shipping is normally calculated based on several variables such as weight, size, delivery method, and delivery location.
Standard shipping in Continental United States will be provided by Fed Ex Ground or UPS. The shipping fee could be higher or lower based on the size and weight of the order.
We ship items Monday - Friday within 24 hours of payment provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major US holidays, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider the shipping time as an estimate. We will strive to keep you informed of the shipping status and or any delays.
In order to reduce shipping costs and to get products to customers as quickly as possible, we ship from many warehouses located around the USA. Many of our warehouses, logistics companies, and manufacturers use specific shippers such as FedEx because of the service they deliver in their area. We request them to use their best method that ships the order as quickly as possible. If their chosen method is UPS and you have chosen FedEx we will pay any difference in cost but not charge you.
We reserve the right to use alternative shippers such as the post office, local courier, etc. if we deem it more appropriate for your order. However, you will not be charged any additional fees without first receiving an estimate and request to approve the charge. We have encountered a few rare situations where there was only one shipper available who delivered to that area and in that case we used that carrier. If you have a unique situation, please indicate such in your Customer Comments section and we will do our best to honor your request.
For international shipping, please be advised that Brokers Fees, Customs Duties, and/or Taxes are not included in the listed purchase price. We will always seek your expressed permission with explanation of additional charges before applying them to your purchase. Warranty and Guarantee
All products shipped are covered by their manufacturer's warranty or guarantee. Product warranty/guarantee specifics are usually located in the product packaging. If a product fails to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer.
Typographical and Computer Errors
We work very hard to eliminate store errors and provide the most updated product information and pricing. With thousands of products and SKUs everything will not be 100% perfect. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, computer error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will within 5 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If you feel the pricing is incorrect after you placed an order, please send your order number and contact information to us. We will do our best within reasonable efforts to resolve any site errors. If we can’t resolve the situation, we will request you return the unused & undamaged product in the original packaging to us within 7 business days and we will provide a full refund.
Pricing is Subject to Change without Notice
We work with many manufacturers and carry thousands of products. The manufacturers determine when to change prices. Sometimes we have timely notice of pricing changes and sometimes we do not. Price updates are a continual process and products can price at any time. We will always do our best to update product prices to ensure a quality and reliable experience from our company.
Privacy and Content on Other Web Sites
We do not sell your data to anyone. It is retained as part of the sales order and may be used for our marketing only. You may request removal from any and all such marketing at any time.
