The Yankauer suction handle or suction tip is widely used in medical suction to remove fluid for body areas during medical procedures. It allows the suction to be directed by the healthcare professional in a safe way.  The limitation is that the small opening is easily clogged when used near tissue or clots.  That stated is is designed to minimize the risk of damaging surrounding tissue and can even in its basic form be a life saving instrument.  

We offer the standard disposable plastic handles in both a rigid and a flexible form.  We also supply a more durable metal autoclavable version designed for use during medical, EMT and veterinary procedures or surgery.
