Life Assist IV Poles are shipping on a skid by common carrier (truck). This delivery requires a dock or liftgate delivery. They are too large to ship by normal UPS or FedEx. CONUS, Continental USA refers to the lower 48 States and does not include Hawaii or Alaska. If you are located in Canada or Mexico please call to arrange shipping. If your building does not have a dock then you need a liftgate to lower the skid to the ground level. If you have a carrier you work with who can pick up the skid then check •Your own shipping•.
