As a matter of corporate policy, at least 25% of ADC's Hauppauge, NY production department is set aside for staffing by individuals with disabilities. ADC also manufactures products under OEM (original equipment manufacturer), and private label contracts for over a dozen of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors in the acute care, alternate site, nursing, extended care, student, and EMS markets.
